1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DreamFrame ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DreamFrame is a consciousness research platform that provides tools for tracking, analyzing, and improving dream states, lucid dreaming, and out-of-body experiences. The Service includes:

• Dream logging and analysis tools
• Experience point (XP) tracking and progression system
• Protocol maps and training resources
• Data visualization and analytics
• Reality check tracking

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

DreamFrame offers both subscription-based ("Pro Tier") and one-time purchase ("Lifetime Access") payment options.

4.1 Subscription Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.2 Lifetime Access

"Lifetime Access" refers to access for the lifetime of the DreamFrame product/service, not the lifetime of the individual purchaser. Lifetime Access is:

• Non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser's account
• Valid for as long as the DreamFrame service remains operational
• Subject to termination in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms

Important: If DreamFrame ceases operations or is discontinued, Lifetime Access will no longer be valid. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users.

5. Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund:

• Include your account email and purchase details
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Lifetime Access: Refunds for Lifetime Access purchases are only available within the 7-day guarantee period. After 7 days, Lifetime Access purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DreamFrame and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as dream logs). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Account sharing or unauthorized access
• Abuse of the Service (scraping, automated access, etc.)
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees (for subscription accounts)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that any results or outcomes from using the Service will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMFRAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DreamFrame and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DreamFrame operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
